Qualifications
A* - C GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English and Science

Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons in subjects
- Support children with their daily activities
- Implement behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment
- Contribute to customised learning plans,
- Provide intervention support in areas such phonics
- Help organise classroom materials and resources to ensure a safe and stimulating environment
- Support children’s social development through mentoring and behaviour guidance
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in childcare settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is advantageous
- Experience or training in speech therapy, applied behaviour analysis, or special education is beneficial
- Familiarity with behaviour management techniques and tutoring methods
- Proven communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrated organisational skills such as proofreading or lesson planning are advantageous

Pay: £24,066.00-£36,718.00 per year
