About 3 Line Electrical:
Established in 2009, we are a rapidly expanding, independent electrical wholesaler company supplying electrical contractors, installers, facilities managers, commercial/industrial users and the general public with a wide range of electrical supplies.
We now have 15 strong branches across East Anglia, the Midlands and the South - all operating with the same company priority - Customer Service.
We are looking for an Internal Sales person to join the team at our Peterborough branch.
The Role and Our Culture:
As an Internal Sales team member, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing advice, quotations, and processing orders both face-to-face and over the phone. You will play a key role in developing profitable business relationships, supporting branch sales targets and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Sales & Service: Act as the main point of contact for customers at the trade counter and over the phone, providing expert advice on electrical products, accurate quotations, and processing orders.
- Build Relationships: Develop profitable business relationships by managing existing accounts.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure the trade counter, work area, and branch entrance are clean, safe, and fully stocked, utilising merchandising techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Ideally you will have previous counter sales experience, preferably within an electrical wholesale or trade environment, with highly desirable knowledge of electrical products and manufacturers.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the confidence to resolve problems and build strong rapport with clients.
- A self-driven, results-oriented approach with the flexibility to work independently and support the team.
The working hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
