Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled operative to cover project works within commercial buildings.
A majority of the work will be based within London and the surrounding home counties, although you may be expected to travel outside of these areas.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in general building maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reactive maintenance and large project
- Full UK driving license
- Own tools - Essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices - Use of daily apps
- Good time and diary planning skills
- Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
