Are you a football coach or administrator with experience affiliating a club with a County FA? Do you also have experience identifying youth leagues and entering new teams?
Supreme Academy is seeking an experienced football administrator to support us on a short-term project basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with FA grassroots/youth football administration and be able to take ownership of the following:
- Managing the club affiliation process with the relevant County FA(s)
- Ensuring all required club documentation and compliance requirements are completed
- Advising on league options in the various locations where we operate
- Submitting and managing league applications and registrations
- Liaising with County FAs and league officials on our behalf
- Supporting the setup of teams ahead of the 2026/27 season
Requirements
- Previous experience administering a grassroots youth football club
- Strong knowledge of FA affiliation processes
- Experience entering teams into youth leagues
- Familiarity with Whole Game System / FA systems
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
Pay: £100.00-£250.00 per month
