We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role responsible for general administration, assisting with accounts, and carrying out stock checks. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
- Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google
- Assist with invoicing and financial record keeping.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette to handle client inquiries.
- Support office management with organizational tasks.
- Ensure efficient document management and filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Basic accounts/bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Reliable and professional
Pay: £13.45 per hour
