We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House team member to join our busy bakery in Deal. This is a part‑time role with flexible hours.
About the Role
You will be serving customers, making coffees, taking orders and helping keep the front counter running smoothly. You will also support the bakery team with basic mixes such as brownies, cookies and sponge bases (no cake decorating required).
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service — greeting customers, taking orders and serving cakes
- Barista duties — making coffees and drinks (training provided if needed)
- Basic baking prep — making simple mixes following recipes
- General FOH tasks — keeping the counter clean, restocking and supporting the team
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for baking and interest in learning
- Confident, friendly customer service
- Barista experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible and hardworking
Pay
Pay is dependent on experience.
