We are a family run business sitting at the forefront of advanced safeguarding social work support sector. Founded in 2009 and based just outside of Exeter, Devon. Job Description:
We are looking to employ a passionate, hard-working and tenacious Family Practitioner. This is an opportunity for you to make a real difference to the lives of the families that we support.
Within the role, you will provide targeted support to families, with multiple and complex needs, in their homes. Supporting families with appropriate skilled interventions and practical support with families who may be in crisis or experiencing long term difficulties.
You will have the responsibility of working alongside the management team to plan and progress the support plans of families.
Essential Requirements:
Hold a full driving license (to drive in the UK), with appropriate insurance and a willingness to travel across the South-West.
Due to the needs of the families, you will be required to work some evenings, weekends and overnights.
Successfully shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a recruitment and selection day on 23 of July 2026 in person in Honiton. Full details of the day would be disclosed upon successful selection. Candidates selected from the recruitment day would then be offered permanent contracts commencing on the 14 of September 2026 with an in person induction.

Terms and Conditions:
- Permanent contract of employment (following successful completion of a 3 month probationary period)
- 5.6 weeks of paid holiday (including 8 public holidays)
- Sick Pay and Pension.
- Travel time and mileage paid (for all work-related travel).
