Professional Cleaner (Flexible Cover Role)
£12.90 per hour!

We're looking for a reliable, adaptable, and highly flexible cleaner to join our growing team on a zero-hours contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and is happy to step in when needed to support our team and clients.
Based in Bristol and Bath, this position involves covering staff sickness, annual leave, helping with overtime when needed, and occasionally working alongside the boss on jobs that need an extra pair of hands. Full training will be provided to help you become familiar with the locations and cleaning standards across all sites we cover.
Important: This role is specifically suited to someone with a high level of flexibility. As the position is primarily to cover staff sickness and unexpected absences, work opportunities will arise at short notice, including on the same day. The successful candidate must be comfortable receiving last-minute requests for work and be willing to travel to different sites across Bristol and Bath when required.
Please note: This is not a role with fixed weekly hours. We are looking for someone who can be available at short notice to cover staff absences, annual leave, and additional cleaning requirements. Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to step in when needed are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform professional cleaning services for various commercial establishments, including offices, retail spaces, and more.
- Utilise your expertise in executing general cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to specific cleaning protocols and guidelines to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when additional stock is required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work independently while following established schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential. We welcome individuals with a passion for cleanliness, organisation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to self-manage and work autonomously, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, leaving no corner uncleaned.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly reliable, flexible and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Must have access to your own reliable transportation and drive.
