Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing & Commercial Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and fostering strong relationships with business clients. Duties
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the creation of compelling presentations and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and online advertising.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports using analysis skills to optimise future activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with organisational standards and legal requirements.
Skills
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and organisation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
- Familiarity with IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills coupled with effective time management to meet deadlines under pressure.
