The Opportunity
As we continue to grow, expanding surgeries and increasing clinical capacity, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice development Manager to lead our flagship Liverpool practice.
This is a unique practice, bringing together both a specialist orthodontic clinic and a premium private general dentistry suite under one roof.
You will play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with a Senior Treatment Coordinator, IPC Lead, and Senior Front of House to:
· Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
· Drive an exceptional patient journey from first enquiry through to completion
· Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations
· Take ownership of performance, including diary utilisation and commercial growth
· Influence positive change and continuously raise standards across the practice
This role is ideal for a strong leader who is commercially aware, people-focused, and ready to take ownership of a growing, high-potential practice.

What We Offer:
1. Salary up to up to £45,000 year, depending on experience

What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 year experience in Dental Practice Management
- Strong value’s in Honesty, loyalty and empathy.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, motivating staff to achieve their best and supporting their development
- A friendly, hardworking, and dedicated individual who is thorough and professional in their work
- A desire and commitment to further develop your skills through ongoing training
- Excellent time management, organisational, and task prioritisation skills
- A proactive attitude in helping the business grow and adapting to changing needs
- Professionalism and flexibility, with the ability to work on your own initiative and adapt to daily business demands
