Empowering U are a complex care provider supporting individuals to live a fulfilled and person centered life.
Joining the Empowering U team supporting this specific individual in their own home on a 1-1 basis. You will be instrumental in the delivery of all areas of support with this individual who loves shopping and music.
Daily tasks will vary from prompting of day to day personal tasks, to support with , trips and walks in the community, cooking and baking, playing music and living a fulfilled, safe and enjoyable life.
Our client has learning disabilities and has a fun and friendly personality.
You must have experience supporting individuals in the community and be passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and support at all times.
