Shine More Exterior Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our growing team.
The role primarily involves professional window cleaning using a water-fed pole system on residential and commercial properties. In addition to window cleaning, you will also assist with a variety of exterior cleaning services, including gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, conservatory cleaning, and other specialist cleaning tasks.
You will be expected to work safely, provide excellent customer service, maintain high cleaning standards, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Window cleaning using a water-fed pole system
- Cleaning frames, sills, doors, fascias, and soffits
- Gutter clearing using specialist equipment
- Pressure washing driveways, patios, and commercial premises
- Solar panel and conservatory cleaning
- Operating company vehicles and equipment safely
- Completing work to a high standard and following company procedures
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Assisting with other exterior cleaning services as required
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £24,784.50-£31,200.00 per year
