We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and other business premises.
- Utilise cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve high standards of hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal areas.
- Ensure waste is disposed of appropriately and recycling protocols are followed.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
