We pride ourselves on exceptional workmanship, outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across both domestic and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach when working with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
- Service, maintenance and fault diagnosis of air conditioning equipment
- Carrying out repairs and breakdown works
- Completing commissioning and testing of new installations
- Producing accurate job sheets and service reports
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety
- Managing van stock and materials effectively
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting apprentices and junior engineers where required
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the air conditioning industry
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with leading manufacturers including Midea, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu, Hitachi or similar
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- PASMA Qualification
- Experience with refrigeration systems
- Experience working on commercial projects
