We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven Lettings Negotiator & Valuer to join our successful and expanding estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in residential lettings who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Carry out accurate rental valuations and provide expert advice to landlords.
- Generate new business by identifying and securing new landlords and rental properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and successfully progress lets from instruction to move-in.
- Follow up enquiries and convert leads into new business opportunities.
- Carry out regular market appraisals and keep up to date with local market trends.
- Meet and exceed individual and branch targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings process.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Lettings Valuer.
- A proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/essential).
