The Role,
As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from valuation through to sale.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of a modern agency with strong branding and ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals,
- Win new property instructions and build long-term client relationships,
- Deliver accurate market advice and pricing strategies,
- Generate new business opportunities through networking,
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales journey,
What We’re Looking For
- Previous estate agency experience preferred (but not essential for the right candidate),
- Strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven,
- Professional, personable, and confident,
- A desire to grow within a business, not just work in one,
- Full UK driving licence - Required.
