An Office/Administration Senior is required at our busy friendly classic car restoration company to join our close knit team.
General office duties are required to be undertaken, including telephone calls, email management and data entry. Good computer skills are essential as well as a personable approach when dealing with our varied range of customers and suppliers .Training will be provided, some office experience essential. Experience with the Techman software package is an advantage but not essential. Experience with using MS Office 365 is required.
The role is vital as it encompasses generating invoices for the projects and processing information and detail to ensure this is meaningful, accurate and easily understood by customers. The person in this role drives the revenue that is vital to the business.
The role would ideally suit a person from a business/administration background and has a personal knowledge/interest in motor vehicles. Whilst not a mechanically based role there is the opportunity to be intimately involved in the restoration projects and be involved in tracking down rare parts, so having a basic knowledge of vehicles is ideal (but not essential).
