Level 2 Vehicle Technician
Location: Tilbury, Essex
Shift: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing Work
Igloo is recruiting Level 2 Vehicle Technicians to join an established automotive operation in the Tilbury area. This role involves carrying out high–quality inspections and maintenance work on fleet and company vehicles.
The Role:
- Completing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on a range of vehicles
- Carrying out routine servicing as required
- Updating Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
- Working within workshop timeframes and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI, City & Guilds, or NVQ equivalent)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, minor offences only)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
