Join Our Growing Estate Agency Team
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join our busy and dynamic team.
The primary focus of this role is to manage property sales through to successful completion, liaising closely with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing property sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and third parties
- Progressing sales efficiently and resolving issues as they arise
- Conducting and booking property viewings when required
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
About You:
- Previous estate agency or sales progression experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented approach
