Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Guildford office and lead a team of talented Sales Agents.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch's performance, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring that business objectives are met and that operational processes run smoothly. Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of the Guildford property market and surrounding areas.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving license and access to a car.
- ARLA or NAEA qualification is a plus, but not essential.
