For an established aesthetic clinic with a busy London practice and a growing team, an experienced a Business and Operations Manager is sought to support the day-to-day running of the business, improve internal processes, and ensure the clinic continues to operate efficiently as it grows.
This is a hands-on role focused on organisation, oversight, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee daily operations across the main London clinic
- Maintain operational oversight of additional clinics under the clinic's banner
- Improve systems and workflows to support and consolidate growth across the business
- Ensure effective use of internal systems, including patient management and Xero
Team Management
- Support and oversee a medium-sized team of clinicians, secretaries, and advisors
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Maintain clear communication and accountability across the business
Business Support
- Monitor budgets and general spending
- Support reporting and basic data analysis
- Identify practical improvements to efficiency and service delivery
Brand and Client Experience
- Maintain consistency in service and brand standards
- Support a high-quality client experience
Experience
- Experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organisational and operational skills with at least two years’ experience
- Confident managing people and processes
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and budgets
- Reliable, structured, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
Education and background
- A degree in business or healthcare management, or equivalent qualifications/relevant experience
- Proven operational experience
Person and culture
- Possess the ability to remain calm and strategic under pressure
- Be based in the London area, or within a reasonable commute
Working arrangements
- Part-time, three days per week
- Hybrid, with on-site presence required, and extended presence fortnightly/monthly
- Eight hours per day between 9am and 6:30pm
- Regular communication via email, messaging, and in-situ scheduled meetings
Compensation
£45-55,000.00 (pro-rata) depending on experience
Pay: £34,871.43-£55,884.64 per year
