We’re looking for a confident communicator with a flair for sales to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis and help us reach even more young scientists.

Your mission
- Call customers who have enquired via our online forms
- Enthusiastically explain our parties and workshops, closing bookings with confidence
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Help out the warehouse team packing parcels when necessary
About you
You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and thrive on building relationships. You can turn an enquiry into a sale while making every customer feel valued.
You have:
- Brilliant telephone manner
- Previous telephone sales experience
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- A team player
- Strong computer skills (Word, email, Excel, typing etc.)
- A positive, proactive approach and flexibility to work some weekends
The details
- Zero-hours contract – perfect if you’re looking for flexibility
- This role could also be worked around school hours
- Some weekend work required on a rota basis
- Occasional extra flexibility to cover staff absences
- Roughly 160 hours per month (variable due to business needs)
