Job Description
Optima Site Solutions are currently recruiting a Scaffolder with an SSSTS or SMSTS qualification for ongoing work in Ebbsfleet (DA12). This role is ideal for an experienced scaffolder with supervisory experience who can ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding safely and efficiently
- Supervising scaffolding operations on site
- Ensuring compliance with site-specific RAMS and health & safety procedures
- Coordinating with site management and workforce
- Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
Requirements
- Valid CISRS Card
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate
- Previous scaffolding and supervisory experience
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Good communication and leadership skills
