Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team in the restaurant industry. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for candidates for Front and back of house staff.
Position outlines:
- Cashier, serving our lovely customers over the phone, face-to-face and online.
- Bun Station, toasting different types of bread, topping them with our various signature sauces and toppings.
- Grill Chef, the heart of the Chilo’s operation. Smashing burgers and grilling chicken. An ideal candidate will need to be good at multi-tasking and have a strong focus.
- Kitchen Helper, in charge of packing and chip fry station.
- Preparation, working in back of house prepping the various ingredients.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic culinary skills are advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: £8.00-£12.80 per hour
