£40,857.60 including bonus per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) HGV vehicles, with the flexibility to also drive Class 2 (C) vehicles when required.
- Complete multi-drop deliveries, including overnight trips as scheduled.
- Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle checks, reporting defects promptly.
- Load and unload goods in line with safety procedures.
- Ensure accurate completion of delivery notes and records.
- Adhere to all road transport legislation, including driver hours and tachograph compliance.
- Represent the company with professionalism, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence (with entitlement to drive Class 2 vehicles).
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable.
- Willingness to undertake overnight trips.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
