Complex Needs Teaching Assistants are required to support pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism and physical disabilities within a specialist Birmingham school. The role includes personal care, communication support and classroom assistance.
Calthorpe Academy is looking to appoint dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 2–19 with a wide range of additional needs. Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff, you will help pupils access learning, follow therapy programmes and achieve their individual targets within a highly supportive specialist environment.
The desired Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will have;

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND desirable
