Average Earnings: For you first 4 weeks you can expect to earn between £490 and £600 per week, after you have some experience, you can expect to earn £600+ per week

- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours (Monday–Friday).
- Communication: Fluent English and the confidence to represent national brands professionally.
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the Maidstone office daily for morning sessions.
- Transferable Skills: Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or admin are highly valued.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Strategy & Training: Attend daily morning briefings and development workshops in the Maidstone office.
- Field Representation: Travel to assigned locations to act as the face of the brand.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with the public face-to-face, delivering clear product presentations.
- Problem Solving: Confidently handle customer inquiries and objections to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales & Data: Secure new customers and accurately record lead information to meet targets.
