We have an exciting, immediate opportunity within our team for a Senior Estimator/ Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Producing & managing quotations / estimates and creating Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
- Extracting accurate quantities from architectural/design drawings for pricing and internal communication/distribution, as well as preparing detailed markups.
- Sourcing and purchasing the highest quality materials in UK, Europe, and worldwide. Negotiating purchase costs, quality control and organising timely logistics.
- Inputting and managing project budgets.
- Monthly sales and performance reporting to 3 directors and accounts department.
- Customer relations management.
- Adhering to Livra standards, representing the company in a professional and diligent manner.
- Attend site for pre start, tender and general client meetings.
- Database management using in-house software.
Skills/Experience required
- Ability to work to budgets, with a solid understanding of costs, overheads and profit margins.
- Previous experience working with tender packages and bill of quantities within the construction industry.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Competent use of Microsoft office with a good understanding of Excel and Outlook.
- AutoCAD or similar software experience preffered.
- Previous experience working with natural stones and high-end residential would be advantageous.
- Ability to coordinate and manage the sales and estimating team.

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable – dependant on experience.
Pay: Up to £500,000.00 per year
