Dolce Amore is an Italian-inspired café and gelateria dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee, authentic gelato, delicious food, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Blandford Forum team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring high standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Manage staff rotas, stock control, ordering, and inventory.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Complete administrative tasks, reporting, and cash management accurately.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, retail, or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing teams, sales performance, and daily operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
