What We Offer
- Competitive Pay - Real Living Wage rates, regardless of age, plus paid in-house training before starting your role.
- Rates - These vary according to role, with Extra Care teams starting on £13.45 p/hr, Community day time roles ranging from £13.60- £13.85 p/hr, and Mobile Nights ranging from £13.60 - £14.96* p/hr (*£13.85 basic plus driver bonus awarded per shift completed).
- Mileage reimbursement – 40p per mile for car drivers.

The Role
- Provide personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks, and medication administration to individuals in their own homes.
- Work independently or in pairs, supported by supervisors and a 24/7 on-call team.
- Shift patterns:
- Community Days: 7am – 2pm
- Community Lates: 4pm – 10pm
- Night Shifts: 10pm – 7am
- Extra Care: 8am – 2pm, 4pm – 10pm, 8am – 8pm (rotas vary: four on/four off or two on/six off)
Essential Criteria
- Reliable, committed, and a team player.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
Desirable
- At least 6 months’ caring experience.
- Driving licence preferred but not essential (a willingness to walk between appointments or work with a driver is necessary).
