Duties: -
- Breakfast cooking duties - cooking 'full English' items for Hotel Guests (buffet service as opposed to 'cook to order'). We deal with high volumes of guests.
- Preparing sauces and gravies for evening meals.
- Cooking main buffet items (for lunch etc), and passing to service staff on demand.
- Preparing cold buffet items (salad's/cold meats etc).
Hours: -
- Full-Time & Part-Time applicants welcome – Shift Work.
- Due to the nature of the job it will include regular weekend shifts as well as midweek, shifts are 6.00am-2.30pm/3.00pm or 7.30am-2.30pm/3.00pm. Days/availability can be discussed.
Person Specification: -
- Previous kitchen experience NOT essential as full-training can be provided from our experienced team.
- We are looking for local, honest, hard-working, reliable people.
- Someone with the ability to work at a fast pace and follow a process, good common sense essential.
