Responsibilities
- Assist guests arriving during night hours, ensuring a professional first impression
- Maintaining high standards of service etiquette
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
- Ensure the hotel remains clean, secure, and well-maintained overnight
- Assist with emergency procedures or situations that may arise during the night shift
- Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour at all times in accordance with hotel standards
