Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teleconsultation Doctor specialising in Russian-speaking patients to join our healthcare team. This remote role involves providing expert medical advice, diagnosis, and patient care through telehealth platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills in Russian, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services. Duties
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing symptoms and medical histories accurately.
- Provide professional medical advice and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Review and interpret medical imaging results, laboratory reports, and other diagnostic data.
- Prescribe medications and coordinate medication administration as appropriate.
- Offer specialised guidance for senior care, hospice care, and home-based healthcare services.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient management.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in clinical research, public health policies, and medical practices relevant to telemedicine.
Experience
- Proven experience in clinical practice with a strong background in patient care across various settings such as ICU, nursing homes, or home care environments.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and medical imaging techniques.
- Experience working within public health frameworks or conducting clinical research is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to specialised fields such as senior care, hospice care, or home healthcare is desirable.
- Fluency in Russian is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote consultation tools is preferred.
- Valid medical registration and licensing according to national regulations are required.
