The White Hart Inn is looking for a chef to work in our local Lakeland Pub. We are looking for someone organised, with an open mind and a understanding of different flavours and wanting to cook with fresh local ingredients to work within our lively kitchen environment.
What we are looking for:
-A passionate foodie who also has the ability to help produce a healthy GP
-A strong Chef with good pub/restaurant background
-Ability to manage within a busy high volume and pressurised Kitchen
-Ability to run their own kitchen section and step up to the challenge when needed
-Ability to work well as part of our friendly team as well as individually
Need to be:
-Reliable
-Confident
-Passionate about great local food
-Punctual
