We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Electrical Engineer to support a diverse commercial property portfolio across London. You’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance, uptime of building services, and exceptional client service across multiple sites.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work across high‑profile commercial buildings in the capital.
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems including lighting, distribution boards, emergency lighting, small power, and control equipment.

Conduct testing, inspection, and fault‑finding to ensure full compliance with current electrical legislation.

Complete remedial works following EICR recommendations.

Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and certification.
- Support wider building operations across HVAC plant, BMS, pumps, motors, and other MEP equipment (training provided if required).

Respond to urgent callouts and provide technical solutions to minimise downtime.

Ensure safe working practices under company policies, RAMS, and health & safety regulations.
- Build positive working relationships with site contacts and commercial tenants.

Provide professional, customer‑focused service across multiple locations.

Escalate technical issues when needed and support contract delivery teams in maintaining KPI performance.
- Travel across allocated London sites (zones 1–4 primarily).

Manage van stock, materials, tools, and equipment responsibly.

Work independently with strong time‑management and communication skills.
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).

18th Edition (BS 7671) essential.

2391 Testing & Inspection qualification preferred (or 2394/2395).

Proven experience in commercial buildings, FM, or building services.

Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic capability.

Full UK driving licence.
