Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient juice and smoothie bar worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including juices, smoothies, coffee, tea.
- Assist customers with their orders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches and crepes
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Keep an eye on supplies and ensure the cafe is well-organised throughout the shift.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing any enquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or serving background is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
