Summary
We are seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join our team in Upton Magna, Shropshire following successful award of an 8 year contract with NGED. This role is essential in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and partners. You will contribute to our mission of delivering reliable utility support services and client expectations.
This is a full time in office role, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Annual salary of £26,690.51 per annum
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate contract documentation and administrative processes.
- Ensure all reactive and cyclical work deliverables are achieved, accurate and on time using the correct reporting procedure.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.
- Support communication efforts across teams through effective written and verbal skills.
- Taking phone calls and resolving any customer issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure contract compliance and maximum productivity.
- Collation and recording of all company compliance data sheets in accordance with company processes.
- Collation and recording of all sub-contractor data including invoices.
- Ensure all map drawing is accurate and up to date as per the work program.
- Assist the Area Managers with scheduling of work for operational staff
- Maintaining and updating electronic purchase orders and reports. Uploading and liaising with the client on Area Managers behalf.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative procedures.
- Working closely with bts managers, operational staff, NGED personnel and the public.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation.
- Previous experience supporting contracts or project administration is desirable.
