We're looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to become part of the Front of House team at Clubhouse Blackburn – a vibrant padel destination where great sport, great coffee, great food, and great people come together.
As one of the first faces our members and guests see, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional Clubhouse experience. Whether you're welcoming players arriving for a match, serving food and drinks, helping with bookings, or supporting club events, you'll help create an atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a warm and friendly welcome for all members, guests, and visitors
- Managing court bookings, check-ins, enquiries, and daily front desk operations
- Taking food and drink orders and delivering excellent service throughout each visit
- Promoting club events, memberships, coaching programmes, and special offers
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional clubhouse environment
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Processing payments accurately using our POS systems
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience
- Helping bring the Clubhouse community to life through events, socials, and day-to-day interactions
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-facing roles is desirable
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for creating great customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- A team player who is willing to get stuck in wherever needed
- Basic cash handling and payment processing experience
- Knowledge of food safety procedures is beneficial but not essential
- An interest in sport, fitness, or padel is a bonus
