At Steadfast Training, we’re looking for passionate, qualified Assessors to deliver Customer Service, Business Administration and Management Apprenticeships
As a Steadfast Business Trainer you will be responsible for effective planning, managing and delivery, using appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods to support apprenticeship learners who are studying Business & Management qualifications. We're seeking a trainer who is looking to create lasting positive impacts.
You will be based in Cambridgeshire and required to travel to visit learners in their workplaces.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Must hold strong occupational competency.
- Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1/2) or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe
- Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification – PTLLS or above.
- Have a good understanding and the ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent.
- Must have experience of Business Management
- Must be IT literate.
- Must be confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience.
- Applicants will ideally live in the Cambridgeshire area.
