Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Replenisher to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organised, and visually appealing to optimise the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display units efficiently, maintaining stock levels according to store requirements
- Organise stock in storage areas, ensuring easy access
- Assist with visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and store aesthetics
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the stockroom and sales floor at all times
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong merchandising skills to optimise product displays and store layout
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines during busy periods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £11.35-£13.00 per hour
