Construction Delivery Manager (Mechanical)
£400–£450 per day | Inside IR35
Long-Term Contract | Site Based | 10/4 Rotation Available
We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Construction Delivery Manager to join a major UK infrastructure project on a long-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a nationally significant programme, with an initial contract through to the end of 2026 and a strong expectation of extension beyond.
About the Role
This position combines off-site mechanical fabrication with on-site construction delivery, making it ideal for someone who understands both workshop production and live site installation.
You'll work closely with fabrication teams, contractors and site management to ensure mechanical packages are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme.
We're Looking For Experience In:
- Mechanical fabrication
- Structural steel fabrication
- Carbon steel fabrication and installation
- Mechanical assembly
- Workshop or manufacturing coordination
- Production planning and scheduling
- Mechanical installation
- Site coordination and contractor management
- Construction delivery within large industrial projects
Experience working in busy fabrication or manufacturing environments is particularly valuable.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong mechanical background
- Experience coordinating fabrication and site installation
- SMSTS or IOSH
- Good understanding of CDM Regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on a full-time site-based basis
- UK Right to Work. No sponsorship available.
