Beta Group Ltd are growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic outgoing person to join our busy sales / service centre. Main duties will involve
Dealing with customers to deliver excellent service
Quoting projects - services / repairs
Arranging urgent breakdowns
Organising engineers- diary management
Maintaining and growing customer base, building rapport
Generating new business
Experience is preferred, along with computer systems and Microsoft suite.
Job Duties:
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
- Meet monthly quotas
- Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
- Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
