Proshore Ltd provides excavation support safety equipment throughout Northern England and the Midlands.
We provide a professional delivery and collection service to construction sites in these areas. This is an interesting and varied position that would suit some one who likes variety and a challenge.
We are looking for an experienced HGV driver with the knowledge of the area on a permanent position in the business.
Hours of work would be Monday to Friday, 6:30am-4:30pm. (45 hours paid per week)
Full training in products will be provided and on going training will be provided to update and improve your skills.
Experienced with securing loads with chains, binders and ratchets.
You will need to be flexible and help out in the yard if driving is not available.
You should be in good health, reliable and be able to demonstrate an excellent employment history.
This is a responsible position that requires skill and attention to detail, and as such would suit a person that can handle the pressures that comes with the changeable and challenging nature of delivery driving to sites.
A logical and measured approach to route planning essential.
A professional attitude required.
Able to work on own initiative and minimum supervision.
Digital Tacho Card Holder.
Experience of driving a Heavy Goods Vehicle (3 years required)
Previous experience of delivering to building sites advantageous although not required.
Pay: £38,684.00 per year
