The successful applicant will be joining a fast growing contract catering business that specialises in food services in the construction sector. Working directly with the kitchen manager and the kitchen team which at peak times will be catering for up to 300 hundred customers for breakfast and lunch.
All our food is freshly prepared on site with a range of different dishes that change daily and you will be encouraged to think of new ideas to put on the seasonal menu. Management training will be provided in order to become a future manager within the company. Must be keen, enthusiastic, demonstrate a willingness to learn and be a team player with good communication skills.
It is essential to have a sound knowledge of catering this includes; food hygiene, food safety and hold level 2 food safety qualification as a minimum.
Excellent working hours, no split shifts or evenings, excellent working environment with the opportunity to progress within the company.
Working hours - Mon - Fri 0700 - 1600
Every other Saturday 0800 - 1230
28 days holiday including bank holiday's, Christmas & New Year
