This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting and developing your team.
Duties & Responsibilities

Organising and managing the Grounds Maintenance team Carrying out general horticultural and ground maintenance duties

Assist with day-to-day ground operations and site activitie

Prepare and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas

Load, unload, and move materials safely

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Support team members with operational tasks as required

Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
Report any issues, hazards, or equipment faults promptly

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
