What We Are Looking For
You aren't just great with a pair of shears; you understand the theater of barbering. You know that a great service doesn't end when the cape comes off—it includes educating the client on how to maintain their look.
Your Skills & Experience:
- The Technical Edge: Proven experience in all aspects of modern and classic barbering (skin fades, taper fades, scissor work, sectioning, and traditional wet shaves/beard styling).
- Product Mastery: Deep knowledge of styling products, pomades, clays, and beard care. You know what works for what hair type, and you’re confident in recommending the right products to clients.
- The Vibe: Articulate, professional, and reliable. You can hold a great conversation, read the room, and deliver 5-star customer service.
- Growth Mindset: Active interest in current trends, street style, and continuous self-improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality consultations, haircuts, styles, and grooming treatments tailored to each client.
- Maintain an immaculate workstation and adhere to shop hygiene standards.
- Drive retail sales by confidently advising clients on product usage and home-care routines.
- Contribute to the positive, energetic, and collaborative culture of the shop.
