Hours and Pay
- 36 hours per/week – over 3 nights
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 5.30pm - 6:00am OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5.30pm - 6:00am
- A maximum of 6 hours per week compulsory overtime and includes a £3 per hour premium (Predominantly around seasonal volume spikes)
- Error reward entitlement, up to 60p per generated hour.
- Overall Pay Rate (based on an individual efficiency scheme) £15.30 - £20.96 per hour
About the Role
As a warehouse operative, you will have an important role to play as a part of a team that ensures our stores receive the products they need.
What will I be doing?
- Assembling and packing orders ensuring that goods are packed accurately and safely meeting quality standards.
- Assembly is done via a personal headset that is programmed to your individual voice. You will be given instructions via the headset to pick and pack selected products for each store.
- Handling equipment such as, roll cages, milk tetes and pallets.
- Working together as part of a motivated team to reach daily deadlines managed on a job and finish basis.
