The Role
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organised Front of House Pass Master to take ownership of the main kitchen pass and ensure seamless service between the kitchen and our guests.
This is a pivotal role within the restaurant, acting as the link between front of house and kitchen, maintaining the pace, precision, and quality of every service.
This is a full-time position (Wednesday–Sunday), offering a consistent working pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the main kitchen pass, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and to the highest standard
- Coordinate and support the front of house team during service
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all elements of service
- Act as the key communication link between kitchen and front of house
- Develop a strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Communicate clearly and calmly during busy services
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Deliver a professional, warm and confident presence when interacting with guests
