A leading US firm is seeking a mid-level associate (1-6 PQE) to join its Structured Finance team in London. The team provides expert advice on a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.
Required Experience:

1-6 years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent) in structured finance, preferably at a top-tier firm.

Strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 degree.

Excellent written communication and drafting skills.

Ability to manage complex transactions and build client relationships.
