About Us
Natural Fit is a unique, premium health and wellness club. Our philosophy centres on functional daily movement and wellness, where Members train in the gym and studios, unwind in the spa, and spend time in the café and lounges, all in one membership.
The Role
As a Natural Fit team member, you’ll benefit from a full time 40-hour week, where you get paid for every hour you are working in the Club. You’ll work a five-day rota across seven days’ Club opening. We incentivise hours spent Massaging and delivering Therapies, so as you increase your booked hours your income increases. But we also pay you for your non-booked hours, to be involved across all club areas, developing your knowledge of the industry.
You’ll develop your skills further to:
- Gym – provide personal training, screenings and gym inductions
- Classes – lead group classes and fitness sessions
- Spa and Lounge – support a clean, welcoming environment throughout the club
- Café – assist with preparing and serving healthy meals and drinks.
As you expand your skillset, opportunities will exist to further your career within Natural Fit.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Massage Therapy (or currently training), also skills in relaxing therapies like Swedish & deep tissue, are useful but not essential!
- 1+ year of experience in Massage, wellness, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
- Strong passion for fitness, wellbeing, nutrition and providing great service.
- Have a friendly, confident and open communication style.
- You’ll be flexible, positive with a team-focused attitude.
